Client Details > Active Clients > Active Status Column – showing “Unknown“
Reason : Active nodes are not activated by default, System admin needs to activate this setting manually for the first time.

Solution :
Please follow the steps for Active Client Node settings :
Step 1 : Login to your EPS Intranet Console.
Step 2 : Go to Key Details tab under Client Details.
Step 3 : Select All Client Systems, then click on the Client Settings option and navigate to Command Settings.

Step 4 : Select Active Node Settings and make its status to ON.

Step 5 : Save the settings.
The setting will get reflected on the client system within 3 hours interval and you will see the status changed to active.
