How to use Password Management in Admin Console

Introduction:

Now system admin can provide or change the windows login password of users from the Admin Console Server.

Here’s how Admin can use this feature.

If you wish to give the password to the selected user then follow the steps given below

Step 1: 

Open the URL https://epsweb.adminconsole.net and login in using credentials.

Step 2: 

Click on Menu then Open the Password Management Tab

Step 3:

Select the Client Machine in which want to set the password

Step 4:

Click on Set User Password button for setting the password in client machine.

Step 5:

Select the User Name in Client machine in which you want to set the password on particular user.

Step 6:

Then Perform the following steps for set the password on particular user in the client machine.

  • Enter New Password
  • Confirm New Password
  • Enter the Comment (Why you want to change the password)
  • Click on Set Password button.

If you wish to give password for common users then follow the steps given below :

Step 1:

Select the Client Machine in which want to set the Common Password.

Step 2:

Click on Set Common User Password button for setting the common password in client machine.

Step 3:

Select the Common User Name in Client machine in which you want to set the Common Password on particular user.

Step 4:

Then Perform the following steps for set the password on particular user in the client machine.

  • Enter New Password
  • Confirm New Password
  • Enter the Comment (Why you want to change the password)
  • Click on Set Password button.
