If you are dealer and activated NPAV key and you received 0 or 1 point, then following reason:
You may get only 0,1 points after activation if:
- The batch number of your license key is not inwarded in the PIO T3 app.
- The stock does not belong to your region.
- The stock was purchased under a scheme.
In such cases, please contact the distributor from whom you purchased the stock, or your NPAV Sales Coordinator.
To avoid this issue in the future:
- Always purchase stock from your local authorized T1 partner / stockiest.
- Confirm with your distributor or NPAV Sales Coordinator that the stock is PIO-inwarded before purchase.
- Check whether the stock is part of a scheme purchase (scheme stock may not carry points)
