Reports

Administrators can configure Report Settings to send comprehensive reports to the server, including information on Hardware, Application Control, Browser IE Logs, Installed Software, Process Spy, Printer Monitor, File Share Activity, Session Activity, User Activity, and Device Plug & Play.

How to Configure Reports

To configure report settings:

  1. Navigate to the Report Tab.
  2. Select a specific report type and toggle it ON/OFF as required.
  3. Click Save & Next to apply your changes.

Available Report Types

The Report Setting section under the Policy Management tab allows you to obtain various types of reports:

  • Hardware Information: Enables tracking of hardware details and changes. Select the checkbox to monitor hardware modifications.
  • Application Control: Provides reports on application usage. Select the checkbox to ignore operating system files from the report.
  • Browser IE Log: Offers reports on critical processes running within Internet Explorer.
  • Installed Software: Generates a report detailing all installed software.
  • Process Spy: Allows visibility into suspicious process entries.
  • Printer Monitor: Provides a comprehensive report on all printer-related activities.
  • File Share Activity: Offers insights into shared file activities.
  • Session Activity: Delivers reports on session events such as Windows lock/unlock and remote access sessions.
  • User Activity: Tracks and reports all user activities.
  • Device Plug & Play: Provides reports on USB device connection and disconnection events.
