Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) Setup Guide

Two-Factor Authentication adds an extra layer of security to your login process. Even if your password is compromised, unauthorized access is prevented by requiring a second form of verification.

2FA helps protect against:

  • Phishing
  • Social engineering
  • Password brute-force attacks

Steps to Enable Two-Factor Authentication

1. Access Privacy Settings

  • Open your Dashboard
  • Navigate to the Privacy tab
  • Select Two-Factor Authentication

2. Provide User Information

  • Enter your Username, Email ID, and Mobile Number
  • Click on the Install button

3. Launch the Setup

  • After installation, click Launch to begin configuration

4. Choose Authentication Scope

Select where you want to apply 2FA:


5. Set Authentication Password

Choose one of the following:


Optional: Enable 2FA with an Authenticator App

i) Install an Authenticator App

  • Recommended: Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator
  • Available on Android and iOS

ii) Connect the App

  • Scan the QR Code provided on the dashboard
    OR
  • Manually enter the Secret Key

iii) Verify Setup

  • Enter the verification code generated by the app
  • Complete the setup

6. Finalize Settings

  • Set your desired password (if applicable)
  • Click OK to confirm

Two-Factor Authentication is now successfully enabled!
