1. Overview

The Family Security Pack / Multi-User Pack allows you to protect multiple devices using a single product key (for example: 3, 5, or 10 devices).

Key Features:

  • Single product key for multiple devices
  • Easy activation and renewal
  • Automatic license synchronization across devices
  • Protection for PCs under one license

Important:
The license validity starts from the date the first device is activated, and the same expiry date applies to all devices in that pack.

2. Product Key Delivery

After purchasing the product from the official website: 

  • Your product key will be sent to your registered Email ID and Mobile Number (SMS).
  • Keep the product key safe for activation, reinstallation, and renewal.

3. Download and Installation Guide

Step 1: Download Net Protector Antivirus

  • Visit the official download page: https://npav.net/download
  • Select Net Protector Antivirus – Total Security.
  • Click Download and save the setup file.

Step 2: Install the Application

  • Open the downloaded setup file.
  • Click Install.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions.
  • Click Finish after installation.
  • The Net Protector Antivirus Dashboard will open.

4. Activation Guide (New License)

 Step 1: Open Activation Window

  • Open Net Protector Antivirus Dashboard.
  • Click Register and Activate.

Step 2: Enter Product Key

  • Enter your Family Security Pack / Multi-User Pack product key.
  • Click Activate.

Step 3: Confirm Activation

  • If prompted with the message:
    “This key is from the Total Security Multi-User Pack set. Do you want to continue activation?”
  • Click Yes.

Step 4: Complete Registration

  • Fill in all required details.
  • Click Activate Now.

Step 5: Activation Confirmation

  • You will see:“Your Multi-User Pack has been activated successfully.”

5. Adding or Activating Additional Devices

To activate protection on other devices:

  • Download and install Net Protector Antivirus.
  • Open the Dashboard.
  • Click Register and Activate.
  • Enter the same product key.
  • Complete registration.Repeat until your device limit is reached.

Important:
All devices will share the same expiry date based on the first activation.

6. Renewal Guide

Renew your license when it is about to expire or has expired.

Step 1: Open Net Protector Dashboard

Launch Net Protector Antivirus on any one activated device.

Step 2: Click “Top-Up Validity”

Select the Top-Up Validity option.

Step 3: Enter New License Key

  • Enter your new license key.
  • The Multi-User Registration Wizard will open.
  • Enter a friendly name for device identification.
  • Fill in all required details.
  • Click Activate Now.

Step 4: Renewal Confirmation

  • Click OK after successful activation.
  • Your license validity will be updated.

7. Important Renewal Notes

  • Renewal is required on only one device.
  • All remaining devices will renew automatically when they are connected to the internet.
  • If renewal is done before expiry, the remaining validity days will be added to the new license validity.
  • Ensure all devices are connected to the internet for validity synchronization.
  • If renewal is not reflected automatically on other devices, repeat the “Top-Up Validity” process again on the same device where renewal was initially done, and ensure other devices are connected to the internet.
  • Restart Net Protector or click Update on other devices if validity is not refreshed.

8. Device Change, Format, or Reinstallation

If you format your system or change your device:

  • Download and install Net Protector again.
  • Click Register and Activate.
  • Enter your product key.
  • Complete activation.

Note: Activation is allowed only within your purchased device limit.

9. Troubleshooting Guide

Issue: Product key not working
Possible causes:

  1. Incorrect key entered
  2. Wrong product version
  3. Device limit exceeded

Solution:

  • Copy and paste the key
  • Ensure correct product version
  • Contact support if needed

Issue: License validity not updated after renewal

Solution:

  • Connect device to internet
  • Click Update in Net Protector
  • Restart the system
  • Repeat Top-Up Validity on the renewal device if required

Issue: Product key not received

Solution:

  • Check Email inbox and Spam folder
  • Check SMS messages
  • Contact support with purchase details
