What is My Account?

My Account is a personal space provided by NPAV for its users. All the account related details like NPAV key, expiration date, last renewal date, system hardware information, etc. will be available for the user in My Account. My Account allows users to store their device-related documents like invoices, warranty cards, etc. which will remain safe and easily accessible. The steps to set-up an account with NPAV are listed below:

You can sing up for My Account in two different ways:

1. Using My Account Application: 

Step 1: My Account application will provide you simple way to create your account, You can open My Account application by following ways:
Open NPAV Dashboard and Click on My Account Icon Present on Top Right corner.

Or you can go through the Contact information updater application.

Or Open Support Application from NPAV Dashboard and Click on My Account link present at the bottom right corner of the Application.

Step 2: Fill all the information and click on Create Account Button.

Step 3: Once your information will get registered, you will get Confirmation Link on your registered mail id as well as SMS on registered mobile number. You need to click on the Confirmation link to Activate your Account.

Step 4: When you confirm your activation status My Account application will get activated.

Step 5: Now you are ready to Login on your personal space, open My Account portal then just add your Registered Email-id or Mobile Number and Password Click on Sign In button.

2. Using My Account Portal

Step1: Open My Account portal, then Click on Sign Up link.

Step 2: Fill all the details correctly, and then click on the Sign Up button.

Step 3: You will registered after clicking on the Sign-Up button, Now you will get Confirmation Link on your registered mail id as well as SMS on registered mobile number. You need to click on the Confirmation link to Activate your Account.

Step 4: After Successful Confirmation, you are ready to Login on your personal space, open  My Account portal then just add your Registered Email-id or Mobile Number and Password Click on Sign In button.
