Overview
The NPAV EDR Management Console provides centralized agent management capabilities, enabling administrators to remotely manage endpoint agents without requiring physical access to the devices. Administrators can temporarily disable agents for troubleshooting, remotely uninstall agents when required, and send customized alert messages to managed endpoints from a single web-based console.
Agent Disable
NPAV EDR allows administrators to temporarily disable the endpoint agent through the management console for troubleshooting, maintenance, or testing purposes. Agent disablement can be controlled based on administrative privileges and organizational security policies, ensuring secure and authorized management of endpoint protection.

Remote Agent Uninstallation
The solution supports remote agent uninstallation, allowing administrators to securely remove the NPAV EDR agent from managed endpoints directly through the management console. This simplifies endpoint lifecycle management and eliminates the need for manual intervention on individual devices.

Endpoint Alert Messaging
NPAV EDR enables administrators to publish customized alert messages to managed endpoints. These notifications can be used to communicate security warnings, maintenance schedules, policy updates, incident response instructions, or other important announcements directly to end users.
