How to Register/Activate or Renew NPAV

Process to Activate NPAV License

Step 1: Download and Install NPAV:

  • Download the setup file from the official NPAV website www.npav.net.
  • Install 'Net Protector Anti-virus' on your system.

Step 2: Register and Activate

  • Once the installation is complete, click on the "Register and Activate" option.

  • Enter the Key Number provided either in the product box or by the NPAV team.
  • Select the Single PC option if you are activating NPAV for a single user.
  • Click Next to proceed.

Step 3: Provide Personal Information:

  • Enter your personal information carefully. This data will be used for future reference in case you forget your key.
  • Dealer Code (Optional):
    • If you purchased NPAV from a dealer, enter the Dlr Code in the given text box.
    • If you don't have a dealer code, leave it blank and click Next.

Step 4: Enter Contact Information

  • Provide your Email Address and Mobile Number.
  • Also, enter the name and mobile number of the person installing the software in the "Installed by (Engineer/Technician)" section.

Step 5: Automatic Unlock Code:

  • If you're connected to the internet, the system will automatically generate the unlock code.
  • If not connected, follow the instructions below for manual activation.

Step 6: Manual Unlock Code (Without Internet):

  • If you're not connected to the internet and need to unlock manually, contact the NPAV Help Desk:

  • Provide the required information to obtain the unlock code. Enter the code in the provided box and click Finish.

Steps to Renew NPAV License:

Step 1: Existing Installation:

  • If NPAV is already installed on your system, there is no need to reinstall it, even if your previous subscription has expired.

Step 2: Renewal Process for Windows 10:

  • Method 1: Click Start Menu → All Programs → Net Protector → Top Up License.
  • Method 2: Press the Windows Key and type Topup in the search box.
  • Method 3: Press the combination of Windows Key + R Key, type Topup in the run box, and click OK.

Step 3: Enter New Key Number:

  • Enter your new license key.
  • Fill in any required details if fields are empty.

Step 4: Online Unlock Code:

  • Click on the Online Activation button to receive the unlock code automatically.

Step 5: Manual Unlock Code (Without Internet):

  • If you're not connected to the internet, call the NPAV Help Desk to get the unlock code and enter it manually.
