How to Use Vulnerabilities tab of Admin Console (EPS)?

Windows vulnerabilities can be exploited by attackers to gain unauthorized access, disrupt business operations and steal or leak sensitive data.

Some of windows updates are critical and should be updated as soon as possible because most of the times critical updates are related to security.

Using Vulnerabilities settings, administrator can easily identify and control windows updates on client machines and can automatically install them.

Step 1:

Go to Admin Console dashboard, click on Vulnerabilities tab.

Step 2:

Here user can find all details such as Client IP, OS details, Patch details and total updates available.

Step 3:

Select any client machine from list, and click on Settings and select Windows Updates.

Step 4:

In this step Administrator can see the KB Article, Severity, MS Bulletin and Description for that update.
So that Administrator can do only those updates which are needed as per organisation.

Step 5:

User can filter the list of windows updates based on Severity. Select Severity from the given list:

Critical: Shows only critical updates.
Important: Shows only Important updates.
Moderate: Shows only Moderate updates.
All:Shows all the available updates.

Step 6:

Administrator can select the related updates for installation. Click on Install after selection.

*It is strongly recommended to install maximum four updates at a time.
