How to enable Email Notifications for IT Ticket?
The IT Ticket Email Notifications feature enables automated email alerts for ticket updates. It ensures that users and support teams receive timely notifications about ticket creation, status changes, escalations, and resolutions, improving communication and ensuring prompt action on IT issues. This feature can be customized to include relevant details like ticket ID, priority, and due dates.
Follow the below steps to configure the email notifications for IT Ticket:
Step 1: Go to EPS Web console.

Login with your credentials.
Step 2: Click on the Profile icon and select Administrative Settings, then go to IT Ticket Settings.
Step 3: Click on Enable Notification Mail and Add your Mail ID then Click on the Save button.
