Net Protector Higher Edition to Lower Edition Topup Not Allowed

As per the new renewal policy from 1st April 2024,

You cannot upgrade your higher edition Antivirus with a lower Edition.

Net Protector Higher Edition to Lower Edition top-up not allowed

Kindly replace the key with the correct edition

if you want to activate the key then please pay the difference amount.

Follow the below steps to upgrade your edition by paying difference amount

Step 1: While renewing the npav key if you are getting a popup like using the same edition or higher edition key for renewal like the below image

Step 2: Then you have to click on More Info, after that please wait for a while it will open payment url in browser to pay the difference amount.

Step 3: You can see payment url open in browser then make a difference amount payment 

Step 4: After successful payment, You will receive new Higher Edition Total Security key number on Email and  WhatsApp.
