How to turn On / Off IT Ticket in EPS Intranet?

The IT Ticket feature is useful for creating IT tickets for system admins. Then, the system admin will resolve their issues and reply to clients.


Step 1: Login To EPS Console

  • Go to the EPS Intranet URL:http://localhost:7777  for local access.
  • Enter your credentials and click the "Sign In" button.

Step 2: Navigate to the Policy Management Tab, If you have a policy already created then edit that policy else create a New Policy and edit it to move ahead.


Step 3: Go to the General Settings tab of policy then Tick "IT Ticket Option" and Choose the Radio button "ON" to turn on the IT Ticket, Select "OFF" if you want to turn off the IT Ticket and Click on "Save & Apply" Button.

IT Ticket will work ON or OFF accordingly for those clients who are present in this policy, if clients are not present in this policy then you can go to the key detail tab and assign the policy to the clients.
