How to get User list in Password Management?

Sometimes, the User list will not appear in the Password Management window like in the screenshot below

To get the user list follow the below steps:

Step 1: Go to Key Details and Select the Client system whose list is not appearing

Step 2: Go to Settings menu and Select Report Settings

Step 3: Select Hardware Info Report to Once and click on the Save button

Wait for some time, and all your user lists will appear. If still, issue appears then send us the log file at the location C:\zv\hwtrack.log on eps@npav.net, please mention your corporate id in the mail subject.
