Open Server Manager
Click Start → Server Manager
Click Local Server in the left menu
In the Dashboard, locate “IE Enhanced Security Configuration”
It appears in the Properties section on the right side.
Click the link next to it (usually says On).
In the dialog box:
Set Administrators → Off
Set Users → Off
Click OK.
