Offline Patch Management for EPS LAN

Patch Manager is used to export the patches as well as install the offline package in offline eps server and Patch Download manager will download the patches from internet.

To install the patches in offline endpoint security, please follow the below steps:

Step 1: Go to EndPoint security dashboard, go to key details, select all keys then select install software setting.

Browse and select "PATCHFINDER.EXE" and select "SYSTEM". Click on Install button.

Wait for some time to get the patches report on server system.

Step 2: Download the below zip file, Run as administrator for PatchDeploy.exe on EPS Server system only, otherwise data will not be loaded.

Step 3: Wait for the data to be loaded, when data is fully loaded click on "Export" button, so that all the data will be exported in "PatchReport.txt" file.

Step 4: Copy PatchDownmgr.exe, PatchReport.txt, WIN10_1234.BIN & WIN10_5678.BIN files to the System where internet is available, paste these files in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Net Protector 202A\VULSCAN"

Step 5: Now Run PatchDownMgr.exe,  Click on Import DB radio button, then click on browse button and select the PatchReport.txt file, Click on Load button.

Step 6: Select the patches to download and click on Download Button. Wait for downloads to be completed.

Step 7: After download completes, go to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Net Protector 202A\ZVSCAN\zvupdate\ACWinUPD" location and copy all the folders.

Step 8: Paste all the files at same location ("C:\Program Files (x86)\Net Protector 202A\ZVSCAN\zvupdate\ACWinUPD) in eps offline server system, then run patchdeploy.exe again.

Step 9: Now double click on Patch number which you have downloaded, and select all the systems then click on Send button. Clients will get these patches automatically.
