Precautions Disk Encryption

Users should take the following Precautions while using the Disc Encryption feature:-

Dont's:-

1) After Hard disk mounting uer should not unplug hard disk directly This can result in data loss

2) Hard disk once mounted cannot be accessed on other pc which is not connected to EPS

When user try to access hard disk then error message is displayed asking to format disk

Don't format hard disk as this may result in data loss

Do's:-

1) User can access content of the hard disk after hard disk mounting process.

After your work completed please dismount hard disk first and then unplug hard disk to avoid any data loss

2) Before hard disk preparation always takes hard disk backup Hard disk should be empty before hard disk preparation
