Client Node status display as Unknown on Active Client Tab

Client Details  > Active Clients  >   Active Status Column - showing "Unknown"

Reason: Active nodes are not activated by default, System admin needs to activate this setting manually for the first time.

Solution:

Please follow the steps for Active Client Node settings: 

Step 1: Login to your EPS Intranet Console

Step 2: Go to Key Details tab under Client Details

Step 3: Select All Client Systems and go to Setting option

Step 4: Select Active Node Settings and make its status to ON

Step 5: Save the settings

The setting will get reflected on the client system within 3 hours interval and you will see the status changed to active.
