IT Ticket Not Opening or Giving Error while saving tickets

The Reason for these issues is mainly due to more than one IP present in the server system.

Solution : 

Kindly Open this file : "C:\Program Files (x86)\Net Protector 202A\ZVSCAN\zvupdate\inetconfig"

And correct the Local / LAN IP of the server in front of  inetweb=  (edit and correct your own LAN Server IP) and save the file.

This setting will reflect after 1 day on the client's PC (on the next day).

You can also check this on the client side in this file:  "C:\ProgramData\Net Protector\inetconfig"
