Zerovscn.exe - A referral was returned from the server - Solution

A referral was returned from the server.

This error is sometimes observed on Windows 7 OS without Service Pack.
 Solution is just to Restart the PC once. Kindly restart the PC.

PCs having Windows 7 with Service Pack1 and patch KB3033929 will not see this error.
